At LA Hair Palace, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Because many of our services require several hours to complete, last-minute cancellations leave little opportunity to accommodate another guest. To respect both our clients and our time, the following policies apply: • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Clients who no-show or repeatedly cancel appointments may be required to prepay future appointments in full before booking. • Membership appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered redeemed for that billing cycle. • Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
